SHIPPING POLICY
In the case of multiple products under your order, the products can be shipped in parts or together and will be shipped in 4-6 business days depending on the location.
Shipping will be charged as per the shipping rates mentioned per order.
If you need your order by a certain date, or if it is an order for return favours then please send us an email about 15 days prior to your day of celebrations on [email protected]
Shipping is done through respectable logistics companies but For Little Makers will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic or any situation beyond our control.

When you visit our website, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number and e-mail address while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional and/or commercial messages), from us with respect to your use of the website and/or your order placed on the website.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms of Use in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
SEVERABILITY
If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining portion of these Terms of Use.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control.
WAIVER
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Either party may refer such dispute for final resolution by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator appointed by For Little Makers. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Mumbai. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
Subject to the above, the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
GOVERNING LAW
The validity, construction and enforceability of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and other policies shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
